This is an all-inclusive experience, so I’m there for candid smiles, shared laughter, and captivating portraits as you soak in nature’s beauty! A typical elopement runs 6-8 hours.

Choose your package and fill out the contact form to set up your phone call. Whatever you’re dreaming of, I want you to feel HEARD— We’ll get to know each other and talk about dates and locations. We start out with a general location (say, Colorado) then narrow it down based on lots of things like the season, the mileage, scenery you enjoy, and how many folks will be with you. (You probably don’t want to drag Grandma up a 14er.)

I’m your elopement matchmaker—connecting super cool couples with super cool locations. I’ll send a personalized location list along with permit information after you’ve completed your questionnaire. After choosing your spot, I’ll make timeline that incorporates all activities and outlines every aspect of your special day making sure to capture the best lighting for your epic photos!

➍ CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN – SAY “I DO” 🥾⛰️

You get a full day of coverage—from the moment you lace your boots, to the granola snack stop, to that first glance and final gasp when we reach our spot. I’m there to capture the vows, the exchange of rings, the big kiss, the blunt rolling and the pop your favorite IPA!

The next day, you’ll receive teasers to share with the internet. The rest of your photos will be delivered in six to eight weeks so you can toast your awesome marriage and relive your epic day all over again!

FAQ

For one, I didn’t become an elopement photographer because it’s “trendy”. My wife and I eloped, so this resonates with me and hits home!

Second, I’m going into my fourth year as an elopement photographer and have worked with 200+ couples, so you are getting someone with great experience, expertise, and passion for their craft! At the end of the day, I believe there is the right couple for every photographer and the right photographer for every couple.

I describe my packages like this: the first half of the package is me helping you guys put everything together. From location scouting to vendor suggestions to permits and timelines. I’m here every step of the way! The second half of the package includes your photography coverage and everything that goes into making your photos epic!

More than half of my elopements include family members. Again, the whole point of an elopement is, you make the rules! It’s completely normal for couples to want their family to witness their wedding. A lot of my couples will break the day into two parts where they do something by themselves followed by something with family afterward. This is the best of both worlds as you don’t have to skip out on an adventure and your family still gets to be involved.

I don’t offer discounts or custom packages because I am reserving that date for YOU. The vendors, locations, and resources beforehand are an extra bonus to those awesome photos. The pricing for each package reflects my experience and hours of photo coverage.

You don’t have to hike to have a memorable elopement! There are plenty of other activities to incorporate into your big day that can make it fun and adventurous. My questionnaire and elopement guide will help narrow down the options for you!

This is completely up to the couple. I book about half of my elopements 6-9+ months out and the other half is anywhere from 3-6 months to 7 days out! Elopements come together super quickly compared to a traditional wedding.

After you book your date, I’ll hold your hand through the entire process. Elopements are supposed to be no stress and minimum planning on your part, while still achieving the perfect wedding day! NOTE: Dates might be limited the closer you book.

Absolutely! So generally I require three payments with each payment being one-third of the total price. A one-third deposit amount is due at the time of booking for the current year. 

Any bookings for the following year only require $1,000 down at booking and the remaining payments start up the following January.

This isn’t like any other time you’ve had a camera in your face. The point isn’t the photos—the point is to enjoy this experience! That’s the sweet spot where captivating, natural photos happen. 

I’ve found it helps to incorporate some of your favorite activities: paddleboarding, rock climbing, hiking, cliff jumping, bringing your pet, or even spraying champagne (hey, that can be your favorite activity). You’ll forget my camera is even there!

I would describe my style as adventure storytelling. You’re getting married in some of the most stunning spots on the planet, so I focus on the couple while highlighting the amazing landscape. 

I’ve always been a sucker for keeping photos as natural as they were in the moment while adding an extra special zest in post-editing. I am a lover of nature and people, and these two things combined make for some epic photos!

Personally, I don’t believe a photo is complete until it’s printed, which is why I’ve teamed up with my wife to offer 3 different album options to our couples! She will help you design an album that you can share with your friends and family as an experience – one where you’re immersed in the story. It’s a feeling that just can’t be replicated when you’re looking at a digital screen. Trust us!

I gradually raise my prices throughout the year to reflect my experience, demand, and inflation. Add $500 to any package for next year to reflect this. I will honor prices given upon inquiry for 10 days.
